With a view on business that has people and fresh ideas at its heart Logan brings a different view point to the table that is utilized to the benefit of those around him.

Logan’s core day to day role in Fitout Collaborative is as co-managing director specifically focusing on business development, marketing, finance and HR.
With almost 30 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry, David brings a wealth of experience to any project. David has spent the last 20 years in various senior management roles and also running his own successful businesses, whilst enjoying many highly successful and awarded major projects, he always works with enthusiasm and integrity to ensure the clients high expectations are at a minimum achieved and more importantly exceeded.
David’s core day to day role in Fitout collaborative is as co-managing director specifically focusing on business operations, Project management and mentorship of the entire team using his wide range of knowledge and skills to enhance everything he is involved in.
Greg has been a key contributor in the construction industry in New Zealand for over 12 years, establishing himself as one of the top Contracts Managers in the country.
Greg joined the Fitout Collaborative team to expand his expert management skills and knowledge to fully assist in driving the success of Fitout Collaborative.
Greg has always enjoyed enhancing the physical space through various forms of construction in which he has experienced within his career from commercial, residential and more recently retail.
Greg has a thorough understanding of the whole construction process from concept to completion. This total understanding enables Greg to clearly communicate with all parties involved and drive the desired outcome with the best interest of the client based around every decision.
After his studies in Architecture Greg worked overseas for a number of years gaining invaluable experience within various fields, now settled back in New Zealand and Greg is looking forward to driving client based results with the team at Fitout Collaborative.
Vala is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over five years' experience in the competitive New Zealand commercial construction industry. After she graduated from Massey University with a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) in 2014, Vala quickly gained life experience and professionalism in her field, constantly learning new methods and methodologies, gaining key knowledge and skills through a huge variety of different projects.
In 2019, Vala joined The Fitout Collaborative team as our Quantity Surveyor, bringing her high motivation and solid experience. Her professional quoting skills and key solid relationships with our sub-contractors benefit our company by providing our clients what they want within their budget.
Vala always follows the rule "Do it efficiently, Do it effectively" not only during work but also in life.
Rafiq joined the Fitout Collaborative team in March 2019, with over 18 years of experience in joinery, commercial construction and the shopfitting industry.
Qualified as a Production Engineer with Masters in Production Management, Rafiq is also a certified PRINCE2 project management professional.
Rafiq brings with him a wide knowledge of tools and techniques to enhance the smooth and efficient process of any project's life cycle.
Rafiq is very focused on delivering high quality projects, on time and on budget with the health and safety of all a key factor.
He is a hard and smart worker with a positive attitude, a good team player and has key problem solving skills.
Junior Project Manager
Andrew has been a part of the New Zealand Construction industry since 2014, starting out as a site labourer on residential projects, allowing him to gain hands on knowledge and essential work experience.
Andrew has spent the last three years working hard on obtaining his Bachelors of Construction Degree, majoring in Construction Management which he will be using to further his career with us as one of our key Project Managers.
Andrew is a hard working individual who is eager to learn, loves a new challenge and has an attention for detail in everything he does, plus brings youth, energy and a dynamic sense of humour to our close knit team.
Andrew joined the team at Fitout Collaborative to expand his knowledge into the commercial construction industry and utilise his Degree to its full potential.
Devin is an experienced construction and project administrator who partners with our Contracts Manager and Project Management team to enhance our professionalism and communication within Fitout Collaborative.
After spending years working in the administration world, Devin believes she can add value to the business as it grows and has wide experience as a Legal and Marketing administrator working throughout the Auckland region which will certainly benefit the business.
Devin brings organisational expertise and extensive administration knowledge to Fitout Collaborative as well as experience in new account management.
Devin holds a Diploma in Business and Marketing which she will be utilising as she grows into a future Project Manager within the team.
Devin is excited to learn everything about interior design and creating amazing spaces, is keen on photography, and like all of us in Fitout Collaborative, is a big dog lover!
Natalie has over 28 years of retail industry knowledge, worked her way up from sales assistant to general manager of luxury men’s suiting retailer and was integral in introducing successfully the International ladieswear dept into this store, working with luxury labels such as Brioni, Hugo Boss, DVF, Paul Smith, Zegna, Joseph, Mulberry - in this store Natalie and her team won the highly acclaimed Drapers Record Independent Retailer of the year award 2005 - to move on to then become the Head of Personal Shopping and Ladieswear for Harvey Nicolls Manchester with clients such as Victoria Beckham, Sharon Osborne, Danni Minogue, Justin Timberlake to name drop a few, also running the Womenswear floor in this highly prestigious department store with over 56 staff and trainee managers as direct reports.
Natalie brings a wealth of experience encompassing all aspects of retail management, HR support, visual merchandising and multi-site management at the highest level in New Zealand.
Since arriving in New Zealand in 2008 Natalie has established herself working with Franchise businesses - managing over 25 business owners country wide for Harrisons ( Carpet One) and 12 business for their Curtain franchise - personally winning the respected Westpac Franchise Association of New Zealand Field Manager of the year award for businesses retailing over $500k 2015.
Natalie also completed an Interior Design Institute diploma course in 2017 to add to her skill set.
